Cancellation Policy

Release of Liability Waiver Important: Please read this waiver carefully before proceeding. By checking the box below, you agree to the terms outlined in this waiver. Acknowledgment of Risks: I understand that participating in fitness activities provided by Helena Rodas & Kinergyflow Fitness ("Kinergyflow") involves inherent risks, including physical injury and mental stress. I voluntarily assume all associated risks. Fitness and Health Certification: I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in these activities. I agree to inform Kinergyflow of any medical conditions or limitations that might affect my participation. Release and Waiver: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Helena Rodas, Kinergyflow, its instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, and actions arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may occur during my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability, damage, or costs, including legal fees, arising from my participation in the activities. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Kinergyflow operates. Severability: If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect. By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the Release of Liability Waiver. I am aware that by agreeing, I am waiving substantial legal rights, including the right to sue.
