Cancellation Policy
KinergyFlow™️ Fitness has a 12-hour cancellation policy for personal/online training sessions, outdoor bootcamp, and online group fitness sessions. Participants who fail to show up for a confirmed session without providing at least 12 hours' notice will be charged. This charge is necessary to cover the costs associated with reserving and preparing for the session, as well as to discourage last-minute cancellations that prevent other clients from scheduling and participating.
