Cancellation Policy

KinergyFlow™️ Fitness Release of Liability Waiver By participating in any fitness activities with KinergyFlow™️ Fitness, including online and outdoor classes, personal training sessions, and programs led by Helena Rodas, Geysel Rodas, and our instructors, you acknowledge and accept the following terms: Acknowledgment of Risks   I understand that participating in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, and other injuries. I accept full responsibility for my physical well-being and acknowledge that these risks may lead to injury, illness, or even death. Release of Liability   In consideration of my participation in KinergyFlow™️ Fitness classes and personal training sessions, I hereby release, waive, and discharge KinergyFlow™️ Fitness, its instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during my involvement in these activities. This includes any claims arising from the negligence of instructors or the facility I’m training at. Medical Authorization I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation. I have been advised to consult a healthcare provider prior to engaging in any fitness program. Consent for Media   I grant KinergyFlow™️ Fitness the right to capture photographs and videos during classes and personal training sessions for promotional purposes, without compensation or prior approval. Acceptance of Terms   By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read and understood this Release of Liability Waiver and agree to its terms.
