A BIT ABOUT ME

Hello,

I am Helena Rodas, I’m a national Certified Fitness Professional serving the Bay Area since 2007. I’ve been transforming my clients and class participants into fitter, healthier, happier versions of themselves.

In 2015 I created my KinergyFlow™️ brand name. I needed to find a name that resonated with how my students and I feel during classes and their training sessions. 

After studying, reading, brainstorming, finally one night while meditating three words came to my mind and I decided unified them it was my THIS IS IT moment.

Those three words were: 
Kinetic,  Energy, and Flow. 


Kinetic: “In physics, the kinetic energy (KE) of an object is the energy that it possesses due to its motion.[1] It is defined as the work needed to accelerate a body of a given mass from rest to its stated velocity.”


“What does it mean to be a Kinetic? Kinesis is when there is motion of an organism because of a stimulant like light. To be Kinetic is to have the ability to harness the power of kinesis within one's self. Like Telekinetics, Psychokinetics and those with Extra Sensory Perception, Kinetics have a supernatural ability.”


Energy: “is the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.”

Flow : “is the mental state in which a person is engaged in an activity where they are fully immersed with a feeling of energized focus, involvement, and success in the process of the activity.”

“Having 3 children is definitely not easy. It takes a lot of energy, energy I didn’t have. When I jumped on the scale I imagined in my head and wished the scale would go down. But in all reality we know that’s not how we lose weight. I just got tired of seeing the weight on the scale slowly creeping up. I had enough and reached out to Helena. I knew at the time I was mentally and physically ready to make the change. I love to eat. I’m not going to tell you it’s been peaches and cream Bc having 3 kids our weakness is pizza and junk food. When they eat I cheat. After seeing the difference this past 6 weeks makes me want to become more disciplined to meet my goal. It’s all in your mind and the discipline to see yourself the way you want to see yourself. Just keeping it real and I’m looking forward to the next 6 weeks.

Helena taught me that my body was out of whack. After 3 kids and living a sedentary lifestyle, I experienced much pain in my lower back. It is amazing how this woman knows where you experience pain just by analyzing your excercise movements during personal training. We have been doing a lot of corrective exercises and Now I’m learning to correct my stance, knees, and form.The food portions are amazing. With the meal plans it’s been helping me make more time in the evening to spend with my kids. The meals are all healthy and super yummy, it’s a great selection of food and portions. Eating right, walking 2-4x a week, and personal training 2x a week has helped me lose most of my weight.”
